6.7. Alavus
Location: Tuurintie 21 (old Nordec factory), Alavus
The highly popular Street Circus Festival will be held for the fourth time in Alavus on Sunday 6.7.2025. This time the venue will be the former Nordec Factory, at Alavus station, Tuurintie 21 (Tuurintie 70 in the Navigator). Come and see how the industrial hall “transforms” as a venue, or will it?
The event will feature the hilariously funny and skilful Simon Llewellyn, already known from last year and winner of several international awards, in his performance “We are the champions”. After the show, Simon will hold two Learn to Play Football workshops for children aged 6 and over. There will be two workshops, each with a capacity of 20 participants. NOTE! Advance tickets for the workshops at the 4H beach café in Huhtalava (Huhtamääentie, Alavus). After the workshops, Säilättäret, who have delighted audiences around the world, will take us to the atmosphere of the lavatassit with a performance of the Through the Läpi kesäillan valssin. And if your dancing feet start to twitch, the Marjomäki-Kaisanlahti band will set the pace for a couple of sets of street dancing right after the Säilättäret performance.
The event is a special combination of a relaxed atmosphere and artistically high-quality performances that have toured the world, and it’s for the whole family.
Come and enjoy world-class circus arts for free!

The performance offers an impressive experience where live music meets elegant circus skills such as balancing on glass bottles, string jumping and juggling.
